During the meeting, new members İbrahim Akdemir from Asteknik Valve and Erdem Aydın from Eraydın Tourism officially joined the association and received their membership certificates and plaques amid applause. The qualified and visionary growth of the MUGEP family was a source of pride for all members.

Honored guests of the evening included Alaattin Üçok, Director of the Mustafakemalpaşa Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ), and İbrahim Etkeser, Chairman of Harput Holding and President of the Mustafakemalpaşa OIZ.

As part of the Experience Sharing and Career Talks program, OIZ President İbrahim Etkeser and veteran industrialist İbrahim Akdemir, one of the first investors of the OIZ and a new MUGEP member, shared their long-standing experiences in the business world. Topics such as perseverance, hard work, challenges in business life, and the journey to success were discussed in a sincere and engaging manner.

The interactive session, conducted in a question-and-answer format, focused on the economic transformation of Mustafakemalpaşa, the development of the OIZ, expectations of the business community, and advice for young industrialists.

Emphasizing unity and solidarity in his speech, İbrahim Etkeser highlighted the importance of strong cooperation and common sense for the district’s development. He stated that economic growth should progress together with culture, history, nature, and social values, describing MUGEP’s efforts as steps taken in the right direction and expressing his readiness to provide full support.

Veteran industrialist İbrahim Akdemir shared valuable insights from the establishment period of the OIZ, inspiring young entrepreneurs with his experience. He expressed his pleasure in meeting MUGEP members and stated that he would be happy to contribute to the association’s goals.

Etkeser’s statement, “If we stand united, no force can stop us; development is only possible by moving forward together,” and Akdemir’s words, “Producing on these lands is a responsibility,” became the most memorable messages of the evening.

At the end of the meeting, İbrahim Etkeser was presented with a special painting featuring the Suuçtu Waterfall, one of the symbols of Mustafakemalpaşa, along with a MUGEP plaque, in appreciation of his valuable contributions.

The final member meeting of 2025 was remembered as a strong example of friendship, experience, solidarity, and belief in unity and common goals. MUGEP continues its qualified growth and prepares to enter 2026 stronger, more conscious, and more determined.
